Cimcool Milpro LV10 is a low viscosity, high performance primarily formulated for honing operations but it can also be used for light duty machining operations. It is blended from highly refined mineral oil and contains selected extreme pressure and lubricity additives. Cimcool Milpro LV10 does not contain sulphur or chlorine.
Cimcool Milpro LV10 is suitable for all materials and operations where a low viscosity is required. In order to prolong tool life and maintain surface finish it is recommended to regularly filter the oil.

Cimcool Milpro HG12 is a yellow clear transparent, neat, cutting and grinding oil formulated for heavy duty
operations. Blended from highly refined mineral oil, lubricity additives and containing EP/AW.
Cimcool Milpro HG12 combines a heavy duty, EP/AW additive package with low viscosity making the product
suitable for a wide range of operations. From grinding to machining operations where low viscosity is required i.e. tapping, threading and small diameter deep hole drilling. In order to prolong tool life and maintain surface finish it is recommended to regularly filter the oil.

Cimcool Milpro HD60 is a clear yellow straight cutting oil fortified with chlorine free extreme pressure additives.
Application
Cimcool Milpro HD60 is used for medium to heavy-duty operations on carbon and alloy steels: (deephole) drilling, tapping, etc. Cimcool Milpro HD60 contains active sulphur and is therefore not recommended on copper alloys. In order to prolong tool life and maintain surface finish it is
recommended to regularly filter the oil.
